My area of expertise is the perimenopausal/menopausal transition. I offer education, guidance, treatment and management of symptoms of perimenopause/menopause, such as hot flashes, bloating, brain fog, low libido, vaginal dryness, and painful intercourse.

In addition to the above, I also offer consultations for:

  • Menstrual Health: Comprehensive evaluation and management of menstrual irregularities (such as PCOS), PMS, and menstrual pain.

  • Reproductive Health: Guidance on fertility concerns, family planning, and preconception counseling.

  • Lifestyle Counseling: Guidance on nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, and social connection to support overall health, balance, and weight optimization.

Do I need in person visits?

Flourish Gynecology is complementary to in-person primary or gynecologic care. It is important to continue seeing your provider for physical exams and preventative health screenings.

Do you take insurance?

I created this practice to spend the time with my patients and truly take care of the whole woman. My approach emphasizes proactive, preventive, and personalized care. This simply cannot be done in a 15 minute appointment or the constraints of insurance based healthcare. For this reason, Flourish Gynecology is out of network for all insurance companies. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for out of network reimbursement from your insurance. Please contact your insurance company for additional details. Insurance may be used on labs, imaging, and medications. You may use FSA/HSA funds for the visit.

How much does a consultation cost?

Initial intake involves comprehensive history, evaluation of symptoms, and treatment including prescriptions. Initial intakes cost $300. Subsequent follow up appointments are $200. There is a patient portal to allow for direct messaging with me, which is included free of charge. If questions require a visit for proper management, a follow up appointment will be recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Unfortunately, due to federal law, I cannot see patients that currently have Medicare or Medicaid coverage.
