I have experienced the frustration of navigating the multiple barriers placed between the patient and physician in today’s healthcare systems, even as a physician! Too many times I heard that a woman’s complaints were dismissed. My goal is to ensure you are heard, and together find solutions that will work for you.

Whether you are looking to learn about your cycles, discuss family planning, receive postpartum support or navigate the perimenopausal transition, I am here by your side to educate, empower, and help you achieve optimal health and vitality. You will work directly with me and have access to a secure patient portal that allows for messaging with me as questions arise. My goal is to address your whole person, so there are no silly questions!
